Meet Our Team
Mohammad Iqbal Uddin, MD, FAAPMR
After receiving his medical degree from Mymensingh Medical College under University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, Dr. Uddin completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in New York. He is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (Physiatrist). He gained extensive experience in the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation while he worked in several New York City hospitals including New York Methodist Hospital, SUNY Downstate Medical Center, Kings County Medical Center, Staten Island University Hospital and Coney Island Hospital.
After many years of practicing in New York City, Dr. Uddin moved to Arizona to broaden his expertise in the field of medicine. He has been working as an Attending Physician in several hospitals in the Valley including Healthsouth East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital, Banner Baywood Medical Center, Chandler Regional Medical Center, Honorhealth Rehabilitation Hospital and Curahealth Hospital. During his free time, Dr. Uddin enjoys hiking and gardening.
The office visit experience for our patients is unique because we offer personalized services for each person. Wait time for consultations and procedures is minimal and can often be performed on the same or next day. Appointments are scheduled to allow Dr. Uddin ample time to fully understand the symptoms his patients are experiencing. The office is equipped with diagnostic ultrasound and electro-diagnostic equipment for same-day diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Uddin is always available for his patients via phone and he also makes time for his patients to ensure that they are receiving the best care at all times.
After a comprehensive evaluation, patients will receive a treatment plan consisting of activity modification, therapeutic exercise, medications and/or injection procedures. Dr. Uddin strongly believes that prevention is the best treatment and therefore, a significant part of the treatment plan will also focus on injury prevention. Dr. Uddin focuses on increasing or restoring functional ability or quality of life in those suffering from physical disabilities.
Jordan Received his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. He studied kinesiology in undergraduate program earning his Bachelor's degree in movement science at Texas Christian University in Forth Worth, Texas.
Jordan enjoys treating patients with orthopedic conditions with a specialized interest in cervical, thoracic, and shoulder dysfunction. He has received training in integrative dry needling and is SFMA (selective functional movement assessment) certified.
He has experience with cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, manual therapy, and corrective exercise. Other modalities he uses include cold laser, mechanical traction, electrical stimulation ( TENS). Jordan loves to keep an updated approach, learning different techniques and modalities to help his patients recover faster.

In his free time, Jordan enjoys working out at the gym, jiu-jitsu, and learning about finance and stock trading.
Jordan Chang DPT
Ari Received his Master’s in Physical Therapy graduating in 1998 Magna Cum Laude from Chapman University in California with focus in orthopedics and geriatrics. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in 1995 in Physical Education with a sports medicine concentration from Radford University in Virginia. He was a scholarship recipient for the NCAA Division 1 Men’s Gymnastics Team at Radford University 1991-1995.
He has specialized training to address neck and back pain, sports injuries, vertigo, imbalance, joint and muscle pain, SI joint pain, strains/sprains, as well as other strength deficits. Ari has undergone extensive training in functional and post surgical rehabilitation. He is certified as a Kinesiotape practitioner. He is certified to treat persons with Osteoporosis utilizing the Meeks Method. He is also trained in dry needling, tool assisted manual therapy, and cupping as additional therapy options to help with the healing process.
Ari enjoys outdoor activities including mountain biking , snowboarding, hiking, camping along with practicing music with his two boys.

Ari Goldstein, MSPT
Silvia graduated from El Dorado High School in 2009 and felt that she had an inner calling to pursue a path in the medical field because of her deep desire to make an impact in the lives of others and the world.
She went on to pursue her Medical Assistant degree at Pima Medical Institute where she graduated in November of 2015. In addition, she completed her externship at Arrow Medical in Chandler where she picked up various skills.
When Silvia isn’t working she loves traveling, shopping and spending time with her family.
